How does FluentSeed work?
FluentSeed gives children aged 4-16 live, 1-on-1 online English lessons with certified Filipino teachers, following a structured CEFR curriculum. Every child starts with a free trial lesson and a level assessment - no credit card and no contract required.

How long is a typical online English lesson?
Lessons are 25 or 30 minutes depending on your plan. Research shows this is the ideal length for young learners - long enough to cover meaningful content, short enough to keep full concentration.
Are FluentSeed teachers really certified?
Yes. Every FluentSeed teacher is a certified Filipino English teacher who has passed our screening, including a teaching qualification (such as TESOL/TEFL), a background check and a demo lesson.
What if my child doesn't like their teacher?
You can request a teacher change at any time, free of charge and with no questions asked. We rematch your child with a new teacher within 24 hours.
What device and internet do we need?
FluentSeed works on any modern laptop, tablet or smartphone with a stable internet connection of about 5 Mbps. No software download is needed - lessons run in your web browser.
Can I watch my child's lesson?
Yes. Parents are always welcome to observe, and lessons can be recorded so you can review them afterwards.
How soon will my child see results?
Most parents notice more confidence within 4-6 weeks of regular lessons (2-3 times per week). Measurable CEFR-level improvement typically takes 3-4 months.

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. No credit card is required to book your free trial lesson. You only choose a paid plan after your child's first lesson.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What if I have more than one child?
Each child has their own plan. We offer a 10% sibling discount on the second child's plan - contact us to apply it.
Do unused lessons roll over?
Yes - unused lessons roll over for up to 30 days.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Paying annually saves the equivalent of two months - about 17% off.
